If you’re having trouble when you enter your email address and password then try resetting your password.
Click here and enter your email address.
If that email address is attached to a MOMO account then MOMO will send it a password reset email. If you don’t receive the email in your inbox check your spam folder. Follow the email’s instructions.
If you don’t receive an email in your inbox or spam folder then it means that email address is not in use on a MOMO account (maybe you signed up with a different email address or made a spelling mistake).
Use the email address to sign up for an account here.
Say what you want when you want into MOMO. When you’re done MOMO will turn what you’ve said into a MOMOdoc. You can choose who to send this to. If your service is signed up to MOMO then you’ll be offered one-click options for who to send it to.
You can send a MOMOdoc as many people as you like as many times as you like.
MOMO can also let you know when your MOMOdoc gets to your workers’ service.
Use MOMO One with a worker or carer to make it easier to talk about difficult things, or to help you get things off your chest. It’s up to you what you want to say.
You can use it on your own, then review what you’ve said with your worker. Or you can fill it in with them next to you, helping you think through anything tricky.
