All employees receive an intense two-week induction, with each session led by a different member of the team. This is followed up with in-house learning events and external training opportunities. The employee package, ‘Job Of My Own’ ensures that all staff benefit from a perks scheme and can also work flexible hours. Since 2020 Mind Of My Own has gone fully to remote working, though we meet in person 3-4 times a year when we work together and socialise.
