Early intervention means identifying and providing effective early support to children and young people who are at risk of poor outcomes. Effective early intervention works to prevent problems from occurring or to tackle them head-on when they do, before problems get worse.

If a child is seeking refuge or has refugee status, governments must provide them with appropriate protection and assistance to help them enjoy all the rights in the Convention.

Our new survey tool SHOUT went live this year and the time is right to share some of our learnings. In the short time that we have been offering SHOUT, we have learnt a great deal about how to maximise the responses from young people.
